The Nipple Stretchers clutch each nipple at the same time in a very special way! Unlike regular adjustable screw twisting nipple clamps, these two clamps on the link rod are clamped onto the nipples and the threaded rod is placed on the chest with the cushioned leather pad. You can twist the threaded rod in and out using the grip as you like and feel, so that the nipples can be pulled lengthways as required. The expression pictured says it all!
