All our orders are despatched in plain packaging, i.e. a brown box or brown padded envelope so no one can see or feel what is inside.
Our labels are equally nondescript and have our company details on them in an abbreviated form, the website name or details are never printed on the packaging.

Delivery is usually within 1 to 5 working days. Nominated Delivery Day utilises Royal Mail Special Delivery service and Interlink Express. This is only available for UK delivery addresses and offer delivery on a day of your choosing. You select the day you want your order delivered and we despatch it accordingly. Saturday Delivery utilises Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is only available for UK delivery addresses and guarantess delivery the next working day after despatch. Delivery is next working day. International Orders (Non UK, N. Ireland and Channel Islands) - Please note all International orders (Outside United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands) can only be despatched to the billing address.
